1.On time Salary. 2.Good Collueges. 3.Office Location is Super.

Dislikes

1.Less salary Hike as per Market. 2.Appraisal cycle is very Poor. 3.Not Good for freshers and Mid level as there is many of employees working here are more than 10+ years for same company and they behave like they are the Higher management. 4.Managers are not professional and they blame others and use curse language towards other for their own mistakes. 5.HR are pathetic. 6.Projects here are Outdated technologies.

Likes

Work life balance is very good. Ideal for 9 to 6 job lovers. Work load is average and salary and compensations are always on time. HR, Admin and office staff are very supportive.

Dislikes

Compensation is less compared with market standards. Very less variety in projects hence very less scope to learn and use new skills. Many employees working for more than 5-10 years hence difficult to implement any new process. Also management is not much approachable and supportive.

Good learning for manual testing and good growth for only manual tester

Salary is not as per performance .. Fresher's will face alot of problem for very less salary formal dress and mobile will not allowed

1. Expleo as an organization is fantastic and 2. Every one in taken careoff in covid19 toughtimes form salary point of view and no cut in pay. 3. If you are on beanch and on good clients you will have good work life balance. 4. Onboarding facility on every project is good they give indepth knowledge of every single thing required to work on projects.

Dislikes

1. Compensation should be reviewed and revised, 2. Organisation do not take stand in front of client if it's own resources have valid points. 3. It mostly depends on client how your work life balance will treated. 4. Due in course of pandemic Organisation was forcing it's resources to work from office to satisfy ego of client and once the cases increased again switched to remote as calling to office was totally worthless. 5. Never allowed employees to peacefully settle for work form home as after every 15 days they used to push employees to come to office 6. Once you are serving notice you are not a part of company any more they will not treat you proper 7. Mumbai HR is not at all responsive as every other minute she is buys in some or other delivery.. God knows what delivery 8. You will not get any project change after you are eligible for a change. They will always say client is not allowing. 9. Some resources near to higher management will easily get release form project though they are actually critical resources for whom client is rejected request to release form project.

Need some technical manager for mumbai location Bonus will get but when you leave company you have to pay bonus amt back to company so consider no bonus Never join as mumbai location because if you join you would be in big trouble Partial WLB No appreciation Advise to mumbai management that please give some respects to resources. No onsite opportunity for mumbai employee
