Nothing than salary. Do not get into trap as they will kick you out later in cost cutting in few months once they feel their work is done.

...modity. You are valued till the time your part of work is needed in the company. Once they feel their work is done, they will ask you to leave in the name of cost cutting. Even though they will be having various project to work on but they will not give that work to you and will focus more on kicking you out from the company. If you are good at buttering your managers and co founders over there, you are safe and if not then be ready to be kick off within 6 months from your joining date.

... India rather than ups killing them , founders have no idea what they are doing. No work life balance, no hike and extremely poor treatment by the management - everyone who has left here is happier
