...modity. You are valued till the time your part of work is needed in the company. Once they feel their work is done, they will ask you to leave in the name of cost cutting. Even though they will be having various project to work on but they will not give that work to you and will focus more on kicking you out from the company. If you are good at buttering your managers and co founders over there, you are safe and if not then be ready to be kick off within 6 months from your joining date.

Such a horrendous people they are. Almost all the 5 star reviews they have here and on other online platforms are been given by the employees who were working there at that very point under a tremendous pressure of the management. This is one of the mandatory task which is given to every new comer if they need to survive there. Stop ruining the careers of the employees. If you are not serious about your career and job security then surely join them. Thanks
