Salary is on time! That's all I can comment about something positive in Experis.

Management is not good! You don't have any job security in Experis Seniors are not ready to improve any thing, they just put employees on ECP rather then supporting them. Nothing to learn, u are just a tele caller If you are looking for a long term then this is not a good option.

Dislikes

...cline location, once deployed into client they will not care about the employee. Salary will not process on time , no shift allowances. Employee needs to follow-up everything like timesheet approvals, further update on contract extension. No use of HR in the organization employee needs to do all the HR activities.

No likes about the company. It is just resourcing company. Once they will deploy the employee in client location, they will not care about employees.
