Nothing is good about this organisation.

Dislikes

- Incentive will be paid after a year for your placements. - Sometimes salary will be delayed -No hike. Even after good performance. -No appreciate / recognition of employees -Company won't spen a penny for you apart from salary. -No benifits or holidays (12 days/ year) -They don't care about you. They only care about your placements -Worst management. -No transperancy in the organisation -You will not know nor talk to anyone apart from your manager. - Poor response from HR. If you like to do some social service this would be the right place.

They have MNC as their clients.

Dislikes

They don't give salary to contractors on time. No proper communication from HR on queries of contractual employees. Unless you add senior people in email loop they will not answer. HR miss important emails and they need multiple reminders. No benefits apart from monthly salary. No annual Bonus/Diwali gifts etc. Never join them as contractor.

Lots of client and most of them product based. Great learning opportunity and lots of exposure. Incentive policy is one of the best.

Dislikes

Salary compensation is quite less here. There is no scope of growth here.

...surance policy. Dont cover any maternity related disease can you believe this. Some RM even ask for work 2 hour extra without pay.

Nothing to like here. RM will scold you like a slave. if tell them somthing you dont like they will ask you can leave the company. Every year change the incentive plans. No appraisal policy. They wont even give you 1 day work from home.

As I was working on the contract basis to the MNC company.they will not keep you on the one single month salary from their own side. They will stop salary if client contract gets over. In this situation only fresher or people from same town can survived.
