As I was working on the contract basis to the MNC company.they will not keep you on the one single month salary from their own side. They will stop salary if client contract gets over. In this situation only fresher or people from same town can survived.

You will get good hike on ur last CTC and But when you are working for a client on C2H role mostly you wil not get converted into an FTE for a client payroll Example Microsoft After 18-months they will remove and see another client if you are working on experis payroll But pay is good

No hikes or nothing ,just do work and take salary Work life balance only comes when u get wfh opportunity But not for wfo

While working for the client in night shift. No allowance is provided. Salary is always delayed. No increment referring corona. But client is paying them good. Full of dissatisfaction. Waiting for a better opportunity to jump from here.

It’s just a outsourcing consultancy nothing to to say much about it you will get your salary after clients gives them… once you resign you will not get last month salary this my personal experience with them. It’s actually not with them they can’t do much about it if client doesn’t pay they will not pay… It is some big reputable company which didn’t pay these guys… then these guys didn’t pay to me I feel sorry for these guys.

Nothing just a small company which offers contracts jobs and skips one month salary if you resign.

...surance policy. Dont cover any maternity related disease can you believe this. Some RM even ask for work 2 hour extra without pay.

Nothing to like here. RM will scold you like a slave. if tell them somthing you dont like they will ask you can leave the company. Every year change the incentive plans. No appraisal policy. They wont even give you 1 day work from home.
