The initial culture was so cold when I joined the company.But they start hiring indian people who wants to work like labour.

They promise a lot of things, but when you join, the company rethink feels good at the first year, but after that, none of the promise is fulfilled, no appraisal, no upscale they don't bother to give you appraisals, an they will just join the meeting and set companies not doing good, we don't need you.

1) CEO of this company doesn't deserve to be a CEO in any company. 2) Poor management and zero ethics. 3) You would've worked for them like hell, they will show their true face by firing you. 4) Do you really think your product is going to be skyrocketing if you fire employees? Lol! 5) Fix the product first or else shut the Indian office and operate completely in US.
