I have been working as Product Design Lead in a SAAS product company. Having total years experience 9+. My current CTC is 20LPA and am fighting to get better appraisal they have giving only 4% as a hike for this year. Is this fair or not. Every year this the progress only 4% 5% 6% 7%.
Note: I am here for nearly 5 years.
Is this 20LPA CTC is the market value for a Product design Lead/Manager with 9+ years of exp? Suggestion please can I continue or switch to new job.
