...ng. HR team does not know how to talk with the employees and solve their issues. Very bad culture, toxic managers who have come from Amazon, pip culture, no appraisals and less pay. Would not recommend to join here if you want a stable environment. Better join a good start up than this place or go for any other MNC.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

...d against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.

It is a really good place with very helpful people. Work-life balance is great. People are considerate and really polite. You can learn a lot in a short duration of time. Overall, the company has a very positive vibe.

The pay could've been a little more.

...ansparent. Campany has a huge cafeteria and gaming rooms at floors for chilling. Company policies are good , salary package is good and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Sometimes clients and employees not follow the procedures and policies. Expedia doesn't provide incentives and decent career growth is slow there. On the job only one week training is given to new joinees.

Very good company for freshers but not for experienced as they dont give you attractive salary and not good incentives like other companies.Very good place for career growth but you will not going to get that on your work performance but for your p.r and buttering.

Dislikes

Food is very expensive and their transport department is very careless.
