...ansparent. Campany has a huge cafeteria and gaming rooms at floors for chilling. Company policies are good , salary package is good and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Sometimes clients and employees not follow the procedures and policies. Expedia doesn't provide incentives and decent career growth is slow there. On the job only one week training is given to new joinees.

my jobs like govt jobs, 5 days working, fixd 2 off sat Sun, no target, no night shift in my process but night shift is available in Expedia, people also helpful.

I m in more comfort zone, and I m third party pay roll, so increment was very poor.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

...d against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.

...ng. HR team does not know how to talk with the employees and solve their issues. Very bad culture, toxic managers who have come from Amazon, pip culture, no appraisals and less pay. Would not recommend to join here if you want a stable environment. Better join a good start up than this place or go for any other MNC.

It depends for what team you are working for, the call centre associate are treated like labour if you work with MIDAS, VRBO,TIER 3 (real time escalation) they will treat you like third class people in India. Most of the managers and supervisors are so toxic that you would start feeling not to go to the office anymore. There is a lot of office drama and politics that the culture is polluted. HR will not listen tool your problem. Remember there is no growth. NOT AT ALL. From agent level you can't be promoted until you
