Good Salary above market standards. People are nice.

Dislikes

Management, since they don’t have vision for company. Putting lots of pressure & no work ethics. No system in place and expectations are we are working in MNC which is not the case. CFO of a company is so harsh with team and HR doesn’t take notice of it. Soon people will take an exit if culturally they don’t improve themselves.

Exotel + Ameyo + Cogno got meged after that almost all leadership and mid management of Ameyo and Cogno has left or fired. The company was burning a lot of cash now as per news exotel has just started making profit in the books. Thought from a learning, innovation and growth perspective few roles are good. Frequent change in Sales Starategy. Pricesly each quarter comapny changed their sales strategy and each account manager was getting new set of accounts so it became very difficult for customer or sales account manager to build a positive relationship. Moreover the ring fencing of accounts among sales AM has done some injustice that few AM got good set of accounts and some are still struggling with those set of accounts. Job Security was the horrible at one point of time so people left with anxiety and eventually a lot man power left the job.

Ameyo was good. Post merger with exotel it become hell.Ameyo management also behave like animal
