Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Good work life balance in most of the projects. Salary hike is above average and good bonus if your review is good. Direct client interaction.

Learning is not great. Management is not very supportive. Office lacks lot of facilities.

You will not be fired. They will try their best to accomodate you with any client. They had all good banking clients, and had good projects. This is before 2020

Everything Salary variation is too much Let's take one employee is getting 4 LPA but another employee for same post same lob may be getting 10 LPA NON AC CAB
