Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Good work life balance in most of the projects. Salary hike is above average and good bonus if your review is good. Direct client interaction.

Dislikes

Learning is not great. Management is not very supportive. Office lacks lot of facilities.

It's a great company to work & grow. Has several learning opportunities. Employee centric.. HR is very strong.. you do well you grow. However at one point the growth stops and compensation not matched with market benchmark.

Don't feel connected to company, as work only in client environment. Salary is less unless you ask for. Resigning and getting your salaries up is very common practice in ExL.
