...sion - a) Career Progression is so skewed - heavy favoritism in promotions b) Compensation - Below industry average compensation given to employees, recruitment decisions are primarily made on the basis of package to be offered, rather than knowledge & skill. I am an interviewer myself, so know the process being followed here.

It's a great company to work & grow. Has several learning opportunities. Employee centric.. HR is very strong.. you do well you grow. However at one point the growth stops and compensation not matched with market benchmark.

Salary & growth. Been in same role for 5 years, exceeding expectations but no promotion.

Exl is company where employees have job security, work culture is friendly, managers and higher management are too supportive

Exl doesn't have value of old people who are working since long time with exl. Not increasing package as per Market correction. Not satisfied with CTC and salary

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and overall management support is also nice.

Dislikes

Decent salary however can say that career growth is slow. Less exposure to training and self development programs.

It was ok as all big MNCs but there a many pros and cons like every organization Job security is there . They don't terminate u simply unless u don't do anything against their compliances They even paid me during the time of pandemic without doing any job Employee centric company it is

Politics , favorism , discrimination , cab comes before 1.5 hours or 2 before the work and leaves very late Sometimes I felt school was much better No Saturday or Sunday holidays Too much rules and regulations If u work you'll get paid only Long procedure to take leaves also
