This company is Pathetic as they only lay off. And again when you apply they will say no we cannot provide this much salary. The one who was a part before they wont give them chance to work again.

...gement is quite good. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming archade for chilling. Company policies are good and they provide a good bonus every year.

Good Company in terms of initial package for freshers, relaxed work environment with achievable targets, teammates are supportive, managers are understanding, decent work-life balance, professional attitude of employees, salaries credited on time.

Dislikes

Starting with the worst, they have given desktop systems with two monitors to work on (WFH), which makes "work from anywhere" an impossible dream. Next comes the leave policy which is very vague. Also, the managers are a bit reluctant to help sometimes. Lastly, in my opinion, the growth seems quite limited for Legal Professionals in this company but I feel it's also a bit too soon to judge.

There is ample scope to expand the horizon of knowledge, a company which provides work-life balance, a company which gives you opportunity to work with team mates and be a leader.

I worked at EXL for nearly three years and had an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company's work culture stood out as one of the best aspects, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that greatly enhanced my professional growth. I truly appreciated the supportive management, opportunities for learning, and the overall satisfaction I derived from my role. It was a journey that enriched my skills and left a lasting positive impression on me.

Dislikes

one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.
