It's a great company to work & grow. Has several learning opportunities. Employee centric.. HR is very strong.. you do well you grow. However at one point the growth stops and compensation not matched with market benchmark.

Salary & growth. Been in same role for 5 years, exceeding expectations but no promotion.

It is great to work with EXL service. They wonderful compensation and benifit. They are lot of good opportunity while working comes your way while working the organization. You have great Job security over here. People have been working for years over here. Not like one or 2...They have working for 14 years and above. It company for people looking for job security.

Dislikes

Growth opportunity is limited. Balance between work and personal life is poor. Shifts are odd which effect people mentally and physically. Skill devlopment is also limited.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Dislikes

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.
