Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is fair according to work. Appraisals are also not good.

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

Salary... they give salary in penny, chillers, Managers. I want to take names Kiran and mukesh ( she is real evil ) Ther are the real enemy they will cut you down after hiring 1.5 lac to 2 lac freshers😆 this is how they justify their salary... You can't take you CL PL SL, if you want you have to work on Saturday, I don't know when or ever government will look these matters? They will deduct employees PF plus employers pension amount from your salary 😆😆😆 And because you are the employee you cant argue about it because boss is always right.. (This is Illigal) And HRs they will sell themselves in just 2 thousands. Good luck 🤞

floor community is the nature of EXL employees they makes community and tries to terminate to new hires and AM and Manager are deaf and dumb in many process
