I haven't like anything about this organisation... Although I had worked with this company for 6 years but that was the worst time of my life... I kind of trauma I faced there I can't explain.

Salary, lot of politics is there... Seniors are not promoting juniors on the basis of work , they are promoting on the basis of favouritism, work environment is pathetic..senior manager dosent know how to speak with subordinate, use offensive language while giving feedback... There is a mental harrasement of mine.. My senior manager use to speak non sense about my Hindu religion.

Increment is to low while compare to others P4p given on their personal interest I didn't get my final settlement and experience letter yet now I didn't get proper training that's why I have only little bit knowledge about our process Last time I didn't get my stutotary bonus I asked my supervisor and Lead assistant manager they told to me we don't know who get this bonus . This is the answer I get from them

Nothing as of now, reasons being I got everything like salary hike, promotion and Work life balance without any reference with higher management.

They provide cab and good work ( low stress work. ESP good jobs for GIRLS ... no brain use ..and also NO SALARY.. JUST A DAILY WAGE LABOURER TYPE ..

...WILL NOT LISTEN / HELP U IN ANY WAY. BEWARE THEY HIRE AT MINIMUM LABOUR WAGES...THE SALARY STRUCTURE OF EXL IS AWFUL AND U R ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION WHEN U SPEND ATLEAST ATLEAST 18 MNTHS IN COMPANY
