The Management is pathetic, they treat their employees very badly. Evening will be entirely consumed with work and they will never appreciate your hard work. Their is no job security at all.

...eir dirty politics to find flaws in your work and make you feel under confident. The appraisal cycle is very partial and your salary will never be justified. Their HR representative are very rude and they will never help you with anything. You have to take permission from your manager for literally everything and there is lots of micromanagement.

...hen you join that is when the worst nightmare begins. There is strong politics. Very sloww growth, in comparison to other companies the salary is far below industry standards. No reimbursement or appreciation for working late, working on weekends or on holidays. Multiple times you have to work late in the night. The salary is not up to the mark! Forget you have a family if you join this company as you won’t get time to spend with them. Nothing to learn here, efforts are never appreciated. Rude boss and leaders in the projects.

Everything Salary variation is too much Let's take one employee is getting 4 LPA but another employee for same post same lob may be getting 10 LPA NON AC CAB

The most important they should work on there appraisal and salary Increment because there salary growth is very slow.
