Hectic schedule. Teammates are supportive. You can learn more but with an eye to earn, salary and compensation is somehow less. But, yes for beginners this company is good.

Lot of politics. Biased behaviour. Salary and compensation as compared to cost of living in a metropolitan city is very less.

Likes

Managers are very friendly in nature. Career growth it's very poor, opportunities are less. Work environment is good. We have more opportunities to learn. If somebody works in accounts receivables when ever they are free have opportunity to learn in accounts payable.

Dislikes

They will increase salary with less amount not in percentage. When salaries are increases alternatively like six months r yearly once all employees are feel happy to work there.

The company has good HR policies,flexible to employee issues. There is good learning and exposure.

...positive environment to work other leader creates pressure and appreciates less. The salary is definitely less.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

Dislikes

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Dislikes

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.
