Appraisals and promotions in recruitment for Noida in general were pathetic for the year 2023-24. If you're going for operations go for it but enabling is another ball game, totally depends who is sitting in the seat above you as they dictate everything

Dislikes

Salary disparity. Leader has control so if you are favourite or good and close to leaders gets everything without asking the others in team will always suffer. Struggle to get that attention and transparency. Within the team leader has created a layer for follow up with others as PA to leader. You have to room to speak out.

I haven't like anything about this organisation... Although I had worked with this company for 6 years but that was the worst time of my life... I kind of trauma I faced there I can't explain.

Salary, lot of politics is there... Seniors are not promoting juniors on the basis of work , they are promoting on the basis of favouritism, work environment is pathetic..senior manager dosent know how to speak with subordinate, use offensive language while giving feedback... There is a mental harrasement of mine.. My senior manager use to speak non sense about my Hindu religion.

Except the online trainings, everything is pathetic!!!

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!
