Good working environment, flexible shifts also company helps to learn new things. Work life balance with this company is really great, other facilities like cab, shuttle are great for employees.

All over services are good but about the salary package or incriment part is disappointing...

...y Nature & Good Environment...... But 1 side Cab Facility & No food facility... if you want to have Dinner/Lunch, you will have to buy it (Pay 60-80/- Rs. for dinner and have dinner)... 1 side cab-facility and which is also poor... No systematic way to schedule a roaster... 😓😓😢 Only Company's emloyees are good and seniors are good, supportive and friendly... nothing else... that's it... 😞😞😞

No job security, work culture is poor in xpo logistics, management is good and company policy is average

There is a lot of politics and the management is good ,salary is not good for fresher and career growth is also slow and management force to given for resignation of employee.

I like it for it's Facilities and environment. And EXL never terminate any employee unless he/she break any compliance rule.

They don't provide much Salary. And there is not a growth in salary package.

Its my first company it gave me platform of IT sector( Backend/back office) . It is good organisation people always help each other. HR, Maneger, VP, AVP and other staff is always supportive. It is good atmosphere for work. I really like to work with this organisation. I was very happy.

There is only two things which i dislike while working in Exl. 1) Salary was not good cause even security guard had good salary than me.We all people are garduate so we shuld have minimum average salary. 2)Actually i never had any saturday off. There was Six days working. So thats above two things i dislike otherwise great company. If above two things get sort-out then i will rejoin this organisation.
