VP Rajit Cheryl's management skills, AVP Geetanjali Joshi's attitude, she is awesome....many employee does not like her but I personally like her very much! Job securities.

Dislikes

No career growth, terrible appraisels like 600 per year. terrible management, poor salaries like minimum wages, dominant TLs, Very Poor HR specially Mar Harish and one above her the lady HR, they ask you to come down to the office in public mandatory holidays by covering the windows with curtains to avoide police patrolling van to notice the employee inside and many more things.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

Dislikes

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Their work culture is good overe there all supervisors and managers are supportive.

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.
