I worked at EXL for nearly three years and had an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company's work culture stood out as one of the best aspects, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that greatly enhanced my professional growth. I truly appreciated the supportive management, opportunities for learning, and the overall satisfaction I derived from my role. It was a journey that enriched my skills and left a lasting positive impression on me.

Dislikes

one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

Everything is good at EXL. The managers are very supportive, and I have been working from home since I joined. They never force anyone to come to the office, so there is a great work-life balance. Salaries are paid on time without delay, and they regularly provide lots of training and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The most dissatisfactory aspects of EXL are the salary and appraisals. They provide very low salaries for freshers, and the salary often depends on the previous salary. Appraisals are also very low, averaging just 5-10%. Additionally, you will not receive any bonuses or festive gifts. Therefore, if you are a fresher expecting a good salary, my suggestion is to avoid EXL. For experienced professionals, it is better.

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Except the online trainings, everything is pathetic!!!

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

Company has work life balance and flexible working hours in Analatics and Digital.

Dislikes

... management leave the organization and those who replace them they are not upto. They are trying to implement US work culture, like hire fire culture but in terms of package they are not even follow Indian market. The new top management don't even respect those who spend more than a decade in the organization.
