Nothing as of now, reasons being I got everything like salary hike, promotion and Work life balance without any reference with higher management.

Everything Salary variation is too much Let's take one employee is getting 4 LPA but another employee for same post same lob may be getting 10 LPA NON AC CAB

Disconnect with leadership and it doesn’t feel like you are part of a system, rather an individual contributor, if you are working on pilot projects, beware that none cares for you until or unless the project works!

Nothing to like about this organisation.

When you plan to leave this organisation, they never support you. They would always demand a full 45-day notice period, regardless of whether you wanted to pay them for the notice period. They will make every effort to derail your professional and personal life. I lost all of my PF savings as a result of them, and I still have to pay them for my experience letter.

The salary structure is so bad. Salary growth is not good here. You can get the good amount of salary if you apply in some other organisation with same skill set
