...lity is job security and cool working environment. We can work without pressure. The poor part is salary and incentives. However EXL provides good working environment and facilities. If anyone got good salary, then this will be a great opportunity.

Most poor part in EXL is Salary. Associate level salary is very pathetic.

On my experience I learned 2 ERP from there. Thats why i got golden opportunity to get new job with good salary package on outside india.

Personally I don't suggest EXL to anyone, work life balance is zero. I working here daily for 12 hours but they pay for only 9 hours.

Environment, Appraisals, they are also biased on the basis of religion

...rk environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good. They give good bonus for performance every quarterly and every year bonus as well.

Appraisal is not good and promotion to next level takes longer than u expect.

Mandatory overtime without overtime pay. Most of the joiners are freshers so that the manager can easily handle or replace them. Don’t know whether this is with a specific team under a toxic manager or within the entire company. Some of my coworkers is taking therapy to handle the work pressure where the hourly charge of therapy cost higher than the daily salary.
