I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. 1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.

1. If the ego of legacy people gets hurt by any chance they will ensure that your salaries gets reduced and your designation changes. There are many examples. 2. They have ruined the career of a lot of people. Suggest all to connect with ex people via LinkedIn who left in less than 2 years and coming from top backgrounds and cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore where they have learnt work and know what actual work is all about 3. Legacy people sitting from donkeys years 4. Digitally crippled, technologically redundant. Maximum old hags don’t even know pivot, vlookup and basics like making a ppt also 5. High ego (typical Kolkata people, thinks they are great and know everything which is absolutely not the reality) 6. No work life balance. The egoistic oldies make you work on Sundays also 7. They won’t give you exposure - primary reason is modern generation people like us is a threat to them 8. The oldies make the new generation redundant by not passing on the data. That’s the only petty tactics they know 9. Couple of people are running the company and till the time they are not kicked out things won’t change across marketing, sales, operations and all other departments
