This issue is further compounded by a lack of transparent communication from the management, leaving employees uncertain about the resolution of these delays. Additionally, EPFO contributions have not been credited properly, despite due dates being provided, raising concerns about compliance and financial security. These ongoing issues have led to dissatisfaction and a sense of instability among the workforce.
