Internal team bonding is great but there is no chance for growth

Dislikes

Salary is too low and the growth is almost none. Appraisal is in 0.00% just like lucky draw scheme If u know and in touch with management then everything will be possible. No requirement of talent only u have to good with management. Worst politics ever seen.

It was a terrible experience working Exela. No work life balance, no salary hike for years and no promotions.

Dislikes

No salary hike for years, no learning opportunities, company is very reluctant to pay the promised variable pay as well. I didn't get my variable for 2 years even when I was the top performer in my department.
