To be honest only benefit is salary is on time at end of every month without delay. And it's an work from home for certain position. But there is no no no 💯 no career growth. So only for minimum salary you can come here. And there is no hike even if you work more than 5 years. If you put yes yes yes for everything then you won't be targetted or else every day is a battle.

Salary is not acceptable for our performance. And seniors in this company think they are working in Google or apple and shows their attitude to the peak. There is no break in between the work.. even in work from home atleast we need 10mins break in between but even for night shift people don't have break time to relax or even for some personal calling. And there is no hike. And night shift allowance is only 50rs that's a huge joke here. And there is not increment even after one yr of work. Mainly u can't learn any extra skills here. You will totall forget your basic skills when u come here. Even your basic grammar.

For some employee job is secure like me. I worked Exela more than 5 years in Pune branch. But in some cases they have hire and fire rule. Work life is balance depending on project. Employees are good and helpful.

Very bad in compensation. Management is not good. HR are not receivable on time. Advise to the management is that please take care of employees . As employer has expectation from employee like that every employee has expectation from the employers. Each and every employee should deserve appraisal.

When you charge in cpu they will overhear you for years. Mid-level management is filled with B.com and B.A Graduates. Think of their nature towards the team with a minimum B.E degree.

Even when we try to complete our work and move he will find a way to create drama to pull you down Think 100 times to join the company - they will be brainwashed by giving heavy salary hikes during joining. But nothing once when we joined. But they will spoil your life. Till now they have manipulated even neighbors to torture,
