...rything is horrible in Exegesis Infotech PVT LTD, start from HR to Work culture. No Training, no Job security, no career growth, no salary and appraisal on time, in every stage you have to face politics, Work environment is pathetic here. No innovation and you have to forget about work-life balance while working here.

No Likes, you should work 24/7 for the company

Dislikes

Everything is dislike here, you will get frustrated working here. 1) Salary not on time, you cant maintain your expenses. 2) No Job security 3) you are allowed to enter in company / login at fix timing but you leave after the work done even if your are logged in for more then 20 hrs, 4) No compensation 5) No overtime, if they start pay for overtime believe me you will get twice of your in hand salary as you should support 24/7 them. Hence no overtime. 6) Hr. polices get changed as per their need. 7) No proper leaves, to know your pending leave they maintain their excel sheet and will not share with you. 8) In WFH Login / logout time has been captured at their end (Can be manipulated easily)

They work on agile methodology over here. They have a big team. Good salary Good annual income to people who are hard working 25% to 30%. Hr, managers are mostly understanding and supports.

As a fresher you get to explore everything about the product and learn things in every way possible. Working team is helpful.

There are a lot of things that company can improve on 1. Do not get your own salary structure 2. Need to sign bond every year 3. After your bond end, you again need to sign the bond, which HR will not tell you at time of joining. (Hidden Rule) 4. Work from home you need to work around 12 hrs as every release is urgent as you are doing work from home. 5. Appraisal meeting not held with HR, HR directly comes up with appraisal letter with no change in it can be made. 6. FNF is after 90 working days, which is around 4 months the longest i have seen.

...is era you are expected to submit your marksheets n certificates as Security. 8. 10 min late half day salary cut If this happens 3 times in month it would be loss of pay for the day. 9. Can't take leaves on Monday or Friday...Sandwich rule...I knew Sandwich only as food item before. 30 min late - Loss of pay. People have donated almost 15 days salaries to management. 10. Last but not the least ask HR amount of money earned by company by holding full n final settlement of employees.
