Nothing. worst company. I am an onsite HR, No support from Backend team. The HR team of executive 81 just says that client side is correct even if client is totally wrong.

Dislikes

There is no sort of support from backend team. No salary hike is given even after 1 year.

staff and management is very good. specially rishi sir is really a good leader. He have a platform to serve to the clients effectively. soo many things are there to learn from him like time management and dealing with the situation. I am always thankful to him that he has given me a chance to be a part or his team... i will always remember them as a good colleagues.

Nothing to dislike rather than infrastructure.

The company demands to take the responsibility of senior profiles at the Junior level position, which no doubt leads to growth and learnings.

Dislikes

You are always under paid then market standards. Highly pressuring work and does not support work life balance.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
