Department ( Sales ) On this sales department floor ever TL And Floor Manager are with negative thoughts and they will always demotivate you and you will always see floor manager abusive and you never know when she might turn on you and start insulting you. They never let you take leave, according to them even if you are in the hospital bed having glucose you have to present in the office with it. And they are ready to fired you. My experience is worst till now...

I was doing my 3rd job in Excitel. Friendly people, I have met. Excitel is good for salary time. That's it.

Dislikes

Poor class managers in the company only make politics. Illustrated people In the higher position using abusive language with agents. There is no HR policy either. If in case you want to one day's leave for your personal reasons then they force you to give them medical for just 1 day's leave. Favoritism persists here for growth opportunities. Personal Relations matter with seniors because if you are not a relative then they will not consider you for a better position.

Every think I want to dislike this company , job was not secure , seniors not supportive , There is some kind of politics going on everywhere.When seniors do not want to do anything with people, they find out their mistakes and throw them out of the office. Then even after terminating from the office, FNF keeps bothering in giving the experience letter and does not even give it.

Clever people who know corporate politics, can survive in this organisation. Gather technical skills and leave. HRs are supportive.

...ch yelling, loud noises. The manager insults the team lead in front of the team. They always expect you to do overtime without pay, even can't take breaks without permission. You have to take permission to fill water bottle, to go for chai break, to attend calls. Employees can't take leave in emergencies. They keep small staff and expect to get work done from them. Worst work life balance. Employees have to work at least 10 hours * 6 days a week. Most of the time, manager expect you to work for 12-13 hours a day. Saw people working for 15 hours, then come next day early in the morning.
