The partiality and favouritism were the factors due to which you wont get the deserved opportunities and the tasks you are skills in. Employee appreciation is must needed in terms of their motivation and inspiration which was missing. Reimbursement benefits, referral bonus and no bonus on Diwali were a true disappointment for an employee.

Salary Comes On Time that is only for junior at least till now.

Department ( Sales ) On this sales department floor ever TL And Floor Manager are with negative thoughts and they will always demotivate you and you will always see floor manager abusive and you never know when she might turn on you and start insulting you. They never let you take leave, according to them even if you are in the hospital bed having glucose you have to present in the office with it. And they are ready to fired you.
