While job security is excellent, my experience working at Excitel Broadband has been marred by slow promotion and minimal salary increments. Despite the company's overall positive attributes, the sluggish career advancement opportunities and inadequate salary raises, which rarely exceed 500-1500, have been a source of dissatisfaction.

... it was my life's biggest mistake that joined the company. no HR is supportive. no salary on time. even they did fake promises for incentive. and gave nothing. this is the worst organization I have seen in my life.

In 2016 ,it's very challenging working in excitel.i have no id card.Not a single traning done.no job security.career growth is zero.no extra allowances are giving by this company.zero learning area.HR
