Likes

Stress free job and great place to improve communication skills. Work from home if lockdown. Hardwork will get recognised not immediately but for sure. Free Food (Only Breakfast and dinner). Management praise the employee publicly and correct privately. No gender discrimination. Graduation is not required. 5days work per week.

...hen needed, compensatory offs. Not recognising employees hardwork at right time. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Minure partiality is still there. For any reason, Once you leave organization, You cannot join back. Management doesn't address employee issues one on one. Previously management use to provide snacks if any shift extension exists, but not providing now. Sometimes it is not possible to work for 12 hours by just having meal once(only when stretched) especially for people who work in grave yard shifts and early morning shifts. International relocation will be an added advantage if company implements. Rotational shift. Revised tenuity for INTERNAL JOB POSTS ARE NOT GOOD.

As a supervisor, the work load is just enough during the working hours and more after the logout. Work is assigned even after working hours by the organization.

Many things. Irrelevant inside rules related to dress code, grooming, clothing, forceful extra working hours, no pay for work on week offs, no OT for work left to complete which is not approved by management.

There is no job security even if your work is best. But the people who is favorite got position or those persons who are in direct contact with managers or management can get anything easily even if they don't know the process totally. Company policies are totally biased on themselves there is no benefit for employee anyhow.

... better. They don't want those people who can actually work and tackle all task. Salary is also not satisfactory. Hike is not good at all. If anyone want to experience they can join the company after a month, If you are good enough in judging people you will find out all these things.

As for the fresher they provide you the least package as they can. For anyone to have bad bad experiences of how a BPO organization works it's one of the example. For being a fresher there is nothing much to learn when coming to the work process. Coming to IJP's(Internal job posting) you should be expecting it after 6 months only if you worked hard and sometimes even if you give your best they won't even recognise your presence. As per my experience all i can say is to work in this organization for min of 6 months to max of 1 year.

...s health issue). And also applying for leaves is big hetic in this organisation. You will only get in hand salary. No benefits or no incentives. Don't even expect the OT money will be huge. They even charge for cab facility. And the cabs won't even available all the time during logouts. During this covid pandemic when some employees got effected by covid they continued to work from office keeping this news within the office premises. And also don't think you can improve you communication skills by working here, all they follow is fixed scripted statements which are no use for futher.
