There is no job security even if your work is best. But the people who is favorite got position or those persons who are in direct contact with managers or management can get anything easily even if they don't know the process totally. Company policies are totally biased on themselves there is no benefit for employee anyhow.

Dislikes

Buttering behavior and company want those people who butters better. They don't want those people who can actually work and tackle all task. Salary is also not satisfactory. Hike is not good at all. If anyone want to experience they can join the company after a month, If you are good enough in judging people you will find out all these things.

I had a great experience in examity for 3 years. I found best coworkers ✌🏼. Everything is fine but Few female sups, and tls are bit annoying, Also the WFM will stress the proctors, unnecessary shift extensions and shift timings are worst. Apart from this everything is going🤗
