Nothing to like about. They will make you work on most Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and may come up saying that your work was pending so you had to complete it. Lots more to say about.

Dislikes

...t also when you are sleeping and then send a mail asking why you didnt attended. No Appraisals at all or Salary increase. They will not provide relocation costs. For even valid issues also the directors would pitch in and spend unnecessary time on meetings and no productivity. Lots more to say about.

... do lot of micromanagement. They will find silly reasons to terminate employees. No hike . No learning or growth.HR people are ruling this organisation not the technical experts. Knowledgeable people will not stay longer.

Our Company follows a flattened structure, where everyone is friendly, supportive and eager to help. We value learning and offer great opportunities for growth. We don't follow rotational shifts, providing employees with a consistent work schedule that helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Dislikes

Improving the variety and quality of cafeteria services could enhance the overall experience. Currently, there is no dedicated cab facility, which can sometimes pose challenges for employees commuting from distant locations.

The company has strong leadership, long term vision and puts efforts for the common good for people. The company has many initiatives such as supporting farmers , active women empowerment and providing necessary knowledge and skills to the most deserving people in the society through exa academy.

Dislikes

While most of the colleagues are team players and supporters some of them are really difficult to work with.

I have begun my IT career with Exalogic, the organisation has provided me with immense opportunities and has lent a helping hand in grooming myself in a better way both professionally & personally, I have worked with great minds and the multi-cultural environment and diversity here has paved way to work with folks around the world. I have learnt & grow multiple folds and I will always remain grateful.
