I have observed some issues within the company that need addressing. Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

I have worked almost 5 years there without increment and no promotion. If you put down your papers you will get hike otherwise nothing is going to happen

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently

Not so much except the view from office

Dislikes

There are so many things: 1. No salary as pr market standerd 2. Huge office politics 3. People from high level thinks like company is their father only. 4. The manager of one of my friend was torturing my friend. He asked her to work on weekend also. He was asking updates of weekend also. 5. Let the management, security guard also was not helpful 6. On last day of my working, I had to carry my system(desktop) from gate to S8 building walking without any help😡 7. They're making chu** on the name of Rules

Compensation is competitive. Good onsite opportunities but pay is less.

Dislikes

Internal politics. Seniors technically incompetent. Bad management, does not care if someone works or does not. Management does not act on improving competencies in resources. Resources who works are pressured and those who don't does not care.

To get payrole of Atos is seems impossible to get.

Dislikes

How much you work. No one cares. Management is full of politics. Salary growth is lowest. I am serving my 8th year in this company, handled many projects, lead 40+ members team. But whenever I asked for salary increment or Atos Payrole. No one answer it.
