Job security, good work-life balance, company culture is also fine

Dislikes

- Bad/No Leadership, no experienced people in Tech. - Appraisals are extremely low, cost-cutting in laptops(At least they should provide Mac equivalent for Windows), freshers are paid more than experienced people who are already working in the company, salary bands are overall very less. - No mentorship. - Most processes are under the hit-and-trial phase which leads to wastage of time and effort. - No one knows this company even after working on India's largest TB program and with multiple other countries. - We don't see people coming in from reputed organisations like Amazon, Microsoft, Swiggy, Zomato, etc which can help in solidifying our tech and bring in rich experience and boost team motivation. - Selection of gifts is very poor(e.g. colouring book, microgreens). No festival gifts.

It's not a dislike, but a limitation. Being a start-up company, job security is little less in comparison to any established / large MNCs and approach is fast changing depending on client's requirements.

Work Culture is very open. With the team expanding recently, there are some challenges, which I hope will be handled well. Lots to learn, lot of new interesting projects, the focus is always on creating impact which is a huge plus.

At times there seems to be a lack of clarity on the role, or the path the company seems to be taking, but I believe this to be a part of any organisation that is pivoting from a small social enterprise to an growing organisation that desires to create impact. Mentor-ship can be given more importance.
