Employees are not treated with equality and respect, such as manager is free to pass comments like appraisal ane wala hai yaad rakhna, salary bhi doosre employee ko dedun tumhari, why did you order coffee (during a meeting's going on from 8:30-6:00pm), chahra kyu utra hua hai tumhara?, muh kyu bana rakha hai? Generally no action is taken & such things are casually ignored, even if issues are brought forward to BU heads.

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation

They will fire you without any notice make you sit at home for 6 months without salary, no long leaves granted even after working many years
