Unequal Pay - Gender Discrimination. Inclusive and biased behaviour portrayed by most of the employees. Not open to ideas and modern style of working. Seniors taking away the credit of one's hardwork . No employee benefits (which includes sick/medical leaves, insurance, bonus, annual or any gifts, team outings, day outings, incentives, etc) are provided.

The work environment is friendly and encourages teamwork, with a focus of helping each other growing professionally. There are many chances to grow advance in your career. Management is easy to talk to and supportive, always willing to listen to feedback and new ideas. Its a great place to grow professionally and personally.

Dislikes

No dislike as such. The company is always evolving, and its exciting. But it is also important to keep up the phase, by constant learning and enthusiasm. This isn't a place for those who are not willing to upskill or who get easily discouraged by challenges.
