The HR policies is not Good , Even if you take leave as CL or PL , 30% of your salary will be deducted . You will have to buy health insurance or medical insurance yourself. The company will refund 80% amount. Maximum 16k only. Or Recruitment process is not fair. Most of the people are uneducated or do not have work ethics. They join the company by contacting someone who is already working in the company.

...take your confirmation over an email that you will be joining on a certain date. After you join, you will be hoping to get the salary you really asked for in the post for which you have applied.  But the reality is that they will pay you much less than what you have asked for. In my case, I had been asked to join as a claims officer. After two months, I got my letter. There was a change in designation. The offer letter had 'Senior Claims Assistant' mentioned on it as my designation. Also, my first salary was not given on time; it was credited after one and a half months, and it was not what I had asked for; the amount credited was 20% less than what was discussed at the time of an interview. HR doesn't have any authority here; they cannot change anything or back any employees. Everything is taken over by the commercial manager, who doesn't want to delegate authority. He wants to control everything and every department. He doesn't allow HR to provide offer letters to newly hired people after they are selected.  The company is run by a bunch of old managers who don't want to change. If you ask them why they did it, they say they will rectify it after a few months. Basically, they cheat the new employees. Things are not transparent, and communication is not clear. They make arbitrary decisions.
