This company is good and this company's machines are very good and they do well to help about technical issues.

There is no salary on time and the expenses are also not on time and if you ask me anything about it, then you do not get the answer quickly.

In IT SBU dept - partiality & favouritism with employee is high no growth place for all employee TL - No discussion manners, all time tone is high no any benefits complete unstructured form management not following rules, terms and condition. so, why are you expecting from other employee..?

At present, if they do not have complete knowledge of the technology with which the company is working, then there is a lot of problem in service.

The managing director has a good command in this industry. The office is located in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Visnagar. Young team.

Dislikes

Starting with HR, they have the worst HR policy, no Employee is satisfied and hence the retention of team is low. Only family members and relatives reference are in command for long. No training and handholding done to new employees. Total discrimination and not release F&F of resigned members and delay long.
