Culture is driven by old manufacturing system, annual growth rate is poor, beaurocracy to large extent, lack of new opportunities, groupism. Almost nil development for mid management

Actually i was worked in offrole,so no benifits no career growth no support in company side

This company without information close the MDO project.after close the project i will worked in 2month but company only 5000 pay for me. Company is too good but senior person is really bad.

Its a legacy company with good cultural background. The brand equity is immense. One can definitely develop as a professional working in Everest. However, career growth opportunities are a bit slow. Even though I made their Odisha project a grand success, I was not given my due 'reward' for some unknown reason! However, it gave me immense pleasure to work with some of the best professionals in the industry.

Career growth opportunities, salary and compensation, internal politics are some of it's minus points!

It's really a employee friendly Company , i.e at the time of any issues Company reacts like parent. An employee can work & manage family well. Culture is so good here .
