Hr police is so good. Best system is develop by company, in which everything is clear and well define. Working time is comfortable, proper workers and staff is available. So it's a good company to work for 3 to 4 years.

In Gross Salary PF one part deduction is hidden and also don't believe to receive complete variable pay at the end of every year.Union of workers can stop the actual improvements of the Company and workers. Need improvement in Over time of staff.

...een supportive.Initially I have been gone through Good training related plant. Work environment is good but when I talk about salary package then really disappointed because I have given very much good training to all my juniors and gave 100 % best as I have been in production. Right now I got promoted from Engineer to Sr.Engineer but salary is still unsatisfactory...My salary increased by only 2900/-. Now Whatelse I need to say?...Nothing. I am totaly unsatisfied If I consider my salary... Regards. RAJESH KUMAR.
