Promotion or Appraisals are but difficult here and the hike of salary is also not that much as compared to other competitors.

This company without information close the MDO project.after close the project i will worked in 2month but company only 5000 pay for me. Company is too good but senior person is really bad.

Its a legacy company with good cultural background. The brand equity is immense. One can definitely develop as a professional working in Everest. However, career growth opportunities are a bit slow. Even though I made their Odisha project a grand success, I was not given my due 'reward' for some unknown reason! However, it gave me immense pleasure to work with some of the best professionals in the industry.

Career growth opportunities, salary and compensation, internal politics are some of it's minus points!

On time salary Flexible timing Good space & well designed office.

Top management are worst. No Increment or promotion as per your work. Never trust on your manager as well BHR. People favouritism is the worst, only one person gets everything without doing anything. And one who work very hard gets nothing. Worst office politics. Zero appreciation of hard work False promises by upper management.

It's really a employee friendly Company , i.e at the time of any issues Company reacts like parent. An employee can work & manage family well. Culture is so good here .

Only one thing which I dislike that Salary growth , appraisal are not good.
