The salary gets credited on the last day of every month.

Dislikes

They recruitment team didn't tell me that I will have to carry a 10-12 kgs of bag and travel extensively on bike. This is deteriorating my health. They just give good designations but from sales officer to Regional Sales manager everyone has to carry that heavy bag and travel extensively reaching out to clients.

On time salary Flexible timing Good space & well designed office.

Dislikes

Top management are worst. No Increment or promotion as per your work. Never trust on your manager as well BHR. People favouritism is the worst, only one person gets everything without doing anything. And one who work very hard gets nothing. Worst office politics. Zero appreciation of hard work False promises by upper management.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
