Hr police is so good. Best system is develop by company, in which everything is clear and well define. Working time is comfortable, proper workers and staff is available. So it's a good company to work for 3 to 4 years.

Dislikes

Salary annual increament is too low. Promotion is not as per performance or experience and working conditions is crucial due to workers Union and lots of politics.

... in their ressesion time.even they will pay you whatsoever may be the condition.Salary comes on time without delay.I am still working here. It has been nice experience working here.

Work-life balance , good teammates especially my manager , training provider at equal intervals , engineers involved in other activities also like quality circle, kaizen , near miss incident report

It's really a employee friendly Company , i.e at the time of any issues Company reacts like parent. An employee can work & manage family well. Culture is so good here .
