1. Growth at this pace automatically assumes more work, impacting the WLB (however, flexible working hours help!) 2. No chance of global expatriate assignments or even on-site visits

Good Salary for the quantity and quality of work expectation

Dislikes

Learnings are few and not valued outside. Most attrition is forced through pip. Management doesn't know leading yet. 12 hours per day is almost guaranteed. Vague work expectations.

...e only because you do not get projects. Once they start coming it is a downfall. Salary is okay for college joiners. Lateral hires have no benifit as salary negotiations do not happen. Office is good, people do help but depends on the team.

Dislikes

The top management is incompetent and will only push the lower levels to get their work done. Too much of curry favour done to get promotions. Projects become repetitive and not much chance of career growth and development. No skill enhancement. Only research work that too wholly dependent on Google ( manager suggets use Chat GPT for ppts) . Best time to leave is after 2 years. Attrition is also high.
